For momos wrapper :
All purpose flour ( Maida ) - 250gm

Water - For kneading
For filling :
Cabbage - 100gm shredded
Onions - 200gm Chopped coarsely
Carrot -2nos. chopped
Garlic - 10 flakes chopped
Salt - to taste
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp.
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper grounded - to taste
Method :
I make big rolls of the dough, and then I cut circular rounds out of that.
Make dough balls and roll each ball with the help of rolling pin. Cut rounds out of it for momo wrapper as per the required size.

Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp.
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper grounded - to taste
Method :
- Mix flour and salt, knead hard dough using less water and keep aside for half an hour.
- Keep a pan on gas stove, add few drops of oil and once hot add chopped garlic and onions.
- Saute for few seconds only ( don't cook ), add ajinomoto, carrot.
- After a minute add cabbage, salt to taste, soya sauce and black pepper.
- Saute for few seconds and put the flame off. The filling is ready.
I make big rolls of the dough, and then I cut circular rounds out of that.
Take one round on your palm and put one tablespoon filling in the centre.
Now fold the sides as in the picture
Once all momos are made, place them in a steam cooker.
After 15 minutes, take momos out of the steam cooker and serve with garlic and red chillies chutney.
HOPE YOU ENJOYED....
